Initial Assessment with Treatment

Your first visit is a comprehensive, 60-minute, one-on-one evaluation entirely with your doctor, designed to uncover the root cause of your symptoms and how they’re impacting your ability to stay active.

We take a deep dive into your health history, current concerns, and goals, followed by a thorough assessment including orthopedic and neurological testing, movement and range-of-motion analysis, and a detailed postural evaluation.

This level of depth allows us to understand not just where it hurts, but why, so we can build a precise, individualized plan focused on keeping you moving, training, and doing the activities you love for years to come.

You’ll also receive your first treatment during this visit which is guided directly by these findings. By integrating what we uncover during your assessment, we’re able to begin targeted care immediately and set the foundation for meaningful, lasting progress.

Follow Up Chiropractic Session

This is not a quick in-and-out adjustment.

Your 20-minute follow-up is a fully doctor-delivered, hands-on session designed to help you continue progressing, whether that means reducing pain, improving mobility, getting back to the activities that matter most to you, or simply to encourage the longevity of your body.

Each visit begins with a focused reassessment to understand how your body is responding, followed by targeted soft tissue treatment, which may include hands-on work, IASTM, and cupping, as well as chiropractic adjustments of the spine and extremities, when appropriate.

Care is adapted every visit based on your progress, to improve how you move and perform, not just provide short-term relief.

You’ll also leave with clear, individualized at-home strategies to support your progress between visits, whether that’s mobility work, strength exercises, or recovery guidance.

We emphasize quality of care over volume, so you get the time and attention your body needs.
